Original situation
Cameron Event Logistics needed its brand and digital presence to reflect the full breadth of its event services. Its website, sales materials and business systems needed to tell a more connected story.
What we changed
We refreshed the identity across the website, brochure and proposals. An interactive canvas gives visitors a visual way to explore the event portfolio, with clear routes for event organisers and exhibitors.
Behind that experience, we migrated Pipedrive to HubSpot and created separate pipelines for business development and client retention. SEO and content planning formed part of the wider approach.
We also ran practical training sessions on using Claude to speed up internal processes, covering CRM management, targeting, refreshing data and day-to-day operational efficiency.
Results
Cameron now has a consistent identity across its website and sales materials, an interactive portfolio for exploring its work, and dedicated HubSpot pipelines connecting business development with client retention.

FAQs.
What can you help us with.
We bring together brand, websites, marketing and technology. That includes strategy and design, CRM and marketing automation, search, and AI workflows. Start with the area your business needs most.
Do we need to change everything at once.
No. You can start with one priority, such as a website, your follow-up process or a clearer brand. We consider how it fits your wider setup so each improvement has a clear purpose.
Where should we start.
Tell us what you want to improve, what you already use and where things feel difficult. We can use that conversation to identify the next step and discuss a suitable scope.
Can you work with our existing tools and team.
We look at your current website, marketing tools and processes before recommending changes. The aim is to connect the right parts of your setup and support the people using them.
How much will a project cost, and how long will it take.
Cost and timing depend on the scope, the systems involved and the content or information needed. We discuss those details with you before agreeing the work.
Can you help after the initial project.
We can discuss ongoing improvements across your website, marketing and connected systems. The right next step depends on your priorities and what the initial work reveals.
